Acceptance of Terms
These terms regulate the relationship between GUIPUP PROJECT S.L. (B67219691) and Users/Clients for services provided through www.copailot.io. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms, the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy. The procurement of services is confirmed by clicking 'I accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.'
Description of Services
GUIPUP's solutions are offered in different categories with various characteristics and features:
- Services provided through your dashboard or API integration
- License access for the duration of the contract
- Credit-based system for service requests
- Free 7-day trial available for Business and Business Plus plans (limited to three users per domain)
User Requirements & Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Registration requires email and password. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and must notify GUIPUP immediately of unauthorized access. When acting on behalf of a company, users must have relevant authorizations.
Pricing, Payment & Duration
Prices are final but may vary with offers/discounts. VAT is applicable based on buyer location. Payment methods include credit card, Adyen, or bank transfer. Duration is per selected period with automatic renewal unless terminated one month prior to expiration. Early termination results in penalty (loss of paid amount).
Intellectual & Industrial Property
GUIPUP PROJECT S.L. owns all rights to website content, blog, platform design, and the trademarks 'GUIPUP' (European Union trademark) and 'COPAILOT™'. Unauthorized reproduction, transformation, distribution, or public communication is prohibited. Users may cite blog articles on social media with proper attribution.
User Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to:
- Use services for illegal purposes, send threatening/harassing content, or adult/pornographic material
- Delete, alter, evade or manipulate protection devices or security systems
- Access unauthorized information or make unauthorized use of the website
- Send documents that violate minors' rights, constitute fraud, or contain viruses
Limitation of Liability
GUIPUP is not responsible for: misuse of information, user/client negligence, internet network problems, force majeure, inoperative email addresses, damages caused by users or third parties. GUIPUP excludes liability for temporary suspensions, technical failures, lack of availability, or computer damage from viruses not within its control.
Withdrawal & Returns
A free 7-day trial is offered for certain plans. After this period, users must notify GUIPUP to cancel. To withdraw, email info@guipup.com with reason, plan type, and contact email. Response within 5 days. Early termination results in loss of paid amount as penalty. Unused credits expire at contract end.
Modifications & Updates
GUIPUP can make changes to these Terms when deemed convenient or necessary. Updates will be duly announced and notified to Users. Consumers/Clients remain subject to conditions published at time of service procurement. GUIPUP reserves right to modify prices but will apply rates in force at time of procurement.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish legislation including GDPR, LOPDGDD, and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services. For natural persons (consumers), competent court is at consumer's usual residence. For legal entities, competent court is Barcelona.
