Copailot provides an AI-powered international trade platform offering:

• Business readiness assessments and market intelligence
• AI-powered trade experts and personalized recommendations
• Educational resources through our Trade Academy
• Trade tools including cost calculators and price benchmarking

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payment

Our services are available through subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Copailot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Guipup SA and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated tools to extract data without permission

Limitation of Liability

Copailot provides information and tools for general business reference. We do not accept liability for decisions made based on our platform. All recommendations and insights are provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our platform or other users.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
